Henry married Bertred Mainwaring in 1217 in Edgmond, Cheshire, England. Bertred was born about 1196 in Mainwaring, Bersted, Sussex, England. She was the daughter of Sir Ralph de Mainwaring and Amicia of Chester. She died after 1249 .

James married Ela de Longespee in 1244 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England. Ela was born about 1228 in England. She was the daughter of William Longspee and Iodine de Camville. She died before 22 Nov 1299 .

Hugh married Iseude de Mortimer in Wigmore, Herefordshire, England. Iseude was born about 1267 in Wigmore, England. She was the daughter of Sir Edmund de Mortimer and Margaret de Fiennes. She died in 1338 .

Iseude - was the widow of Sir Walter De Balun, of Much Marcle, co. Hereford (who was living and m. to her in 1286/7), She brought Hugh Audley the manors of Eastington, co. Gloucester, and of Thornbury, co. Hereford. (Sources: - 2 (Volume 1 - pages 347,348) )

Hugh married Margaret de Clare on 28 Apr 1317 in Windsor, Berkshire, England. Margaret was born in 1298 in Gloucestershire, England. She was the daughter of Sir Gilbert "The Red Earl" de Clare and Joan of Acre. She died on 13 Apr 1342 in France .

"Hugh de Audley, who had been summoned to parliament in the lifetime of his father as "Hugh de Audley, Junior," from 20 November, 1317, to 15 May, 1321, and after that nobleman's decease, as "Hugh de Audlie," from 3 December, 1326, 20th Edward II, to 10th Edward III 1337. His lordship m. Margaret, sister and co-heiress of Gilbert de Clare, Earl of Gloucester, and widow of Piers Gavestone, by whom he left an only dau. and heiress, Margaret, who m. Ralph, Lord Stafford. Hugh, Lord Audley, was created Earl of Gloucester, 23 April, 1337."
